"Elevator didn't work during my stay, but the room was clean. Staff was polite. Room was smaller than most other IHG places. Price was reasonable."

"The hotel was clean and nice, the staff were super friendly, but the walls are thin and it was very loud late into the night."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night last minute due to one of their sister hotels having to cancel my reservation due to smoke damage in several rooms. This hotel is a newer hotel so it is updated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff members were helpful and friendly. My one complaint was the price. Most other hotels were booked up and they were aware of this so they increase their nightly rate by 150% to 200%. This places was nice but not worth $479 plus tax per night. I tried to talk to the front desk clerk about it and all she would say was “it’s not our fault, all hotels are busy”. I asked for a manger and she said the manager was not there. I will not stay here again due to their price gouging. I can see some increase due to limited availability in other facilities but that was a bit much."

"The rooms are nice yet very small. They are not out dated and the Tv's are decent size. Decent amount of plug ins also. No coffee pots in the rooms but the breakfast is decent."
