"I will NEVER buy from this place again!!! I don’t see how Frank sleeps at night. I purchased some mattresses and within a month they started bulging out from the sides. Reps questioned me as if I was at fault. It’s clearly a defective mattress. They wanted me to pay $40 to have it picked up and looked at. Not guaranteeing that they would fix it or exchange it. This is very poor customer service. I have bought from them for years and never had a problem till now. Not even because I’m a long time customer we’re they willing to help me! I will also be posting to the BBB. Thanks for nothing Bryan, Cynthia and FRANK!"

"This furniture place does not care about their customer. My parents are elderly people with mental illness and they took advantage and sold them cheap couches for a high price. The same couches were at bel furniture for $300 less. If you go here be expected of their high prices for low quality sofas. They don’t have a return policy or exchange so you will be stuck with them. Make sure you make a smart decision."
