"Made a large order for two homes with Janus. Both orders took over a year to be delivered. Both orders came in damaged and without instructions as to how to assemble. Janus’ chosen delivery company for the Houston order had no idea how to assemble. The Houston order had a damaged dining table frame. Plus a damaged umbrella. A replacement umbrella has still not been delivered and installed. Lastly the table top was installed incorrectly twice. The other order (vacation home in Colorado) which I am still waiting on has a damaged table top, rendering the dining table and chairs unusable. We were told that a replacement top has a very long lead time. We were offered the possibility of a loaner dining table but were not given a time frame for delivery. This has been a nightmare. We paid in full over 6 months ago. We are very disappointed in the quality control, shipping, installation and complete lack of communication. I would think twice about ordering from Janus etc Cie."
