The pervasive white-toned mid century modern vibes are just not my jam, though assuredly you can craft such a look at Arhaus, if you so wish. From start to finish, Abraham and the staff at Arhaus have been beyond wonderful. I was terrified to start this whole process what with all the back order and delays. Each story/review more horrifying than the last. I made my order at the end of 2022 and but a few weeks later more than 80% of these pieces arrived at my home. Abraham made sure to get us the pieces we needed (especially the couches and bed frames) ASAP and within the allotted deliveries. The moving service they used is always polite and conscientious when delivering each piece. At this price point and white glove service, you get full assembly and placement of the items wherever you so choose in your residence. They work with you to bring your vision to life and ensure complete satisfaction. Of all the furniture stores I purchased from and worked with, Arhaus and this location, are bar none, my favorite. 100% would do it again."

"I recommend this store for the quality of furniture and for the excellent service I received from Louie and Kendall. Louie is so knowledgeable and helpful. When I saw a sectional I loved, he enthusiastically explained the configuration possibilities and logistics to me. He then communicated with me along the way and answered any order and delivery questions I had promptly, even as I dealt with the unpredictable timeline of a new-construction house. And Kendall is an incredible designer. He created 3D renderings of my spaces with furniture suggestions/placements, explained his design choices to me, and walked me through the showroom to see the pieces he recommended. He then patiently fine tuned the order based on my preferences. It is obvious that he works very hard and takes a lot of joy and pride in his work. Both Louie and Kendall went completely above and beyond. Communication was easy and consistent. I recommend checking out the store asking for Louie as your salesperson and asking for Kendall for design services at this location. You'll have a great time!"
