"This company is a nightmare. Ordered a sectional, got it. I'm 5'6" and looked like a giant sitting on it. Not comfortable at all. Followed all their crazy steps to return the couch to them. Got proof it arrived where their shipping label sent it and now I have been getting a run around on the refund l. Not to mention, every point of contact I have got a response from has a different company name attached to the email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!! .Walmart.c9m should be held responsible for letting terrible business practices happen on their site."

"This company is the worst, wish I could give 0 stars, but the delivery driver was nice. Walmart should take accountability for their 3rd party Vendors. This company will not respond to you, Walmart say they will reach out to you within 48 hours, that never happened. I am ready to cut up my Walmart credit card and cancel my subscription because they dont advocate for their customers against Vendors like this. They have multiple similar complaints, people have been waiting months for returns because they received furniture that was not as described. Damaged and 2 different colors and it is uncomfortable."

Save yourself a headache, hours of the phone in costumer service, and from a rude man from Houston who will hang up on you when he doesn’t have the answers of your order. Very very disappointed of Walmart to work with companies like that. Please Walmart fire this company from your sellers ASAP."

"I ordered a sectional online on February 19th and have yet to receive the furniture or a refund. I was charged $700 for freight shipping and neither the freight company nor the seller knows where the furniture is. I feel aggravated and robbed. None of the companies seem concerned. They have promised to contact me in24 to 48 hours for the last month. Never again."
