"I made a purchase more than two weeks ago, I'm still waiting for my delivery. They did not make the complete delivery, they gave me products of lower quality than what I paid for, I made several calls and they did not give me a solution, how is it possible that a company like this is giving such bad service, my purchase exceeds $6000.00 I basically bought all the furniture for my apartment and the delivery service is leaving a lot to be desired."

"My parents bought a dining table with 8 chairs for over 3grand. Noticed that all the chairs are made of cheap wood mixed with ok wood. All of them are broken from the same area. And this dining table, it never gets used. If the store would want to make things right they’ll take it back. It’s sad that they spend their hard earned money on something like this. Very upsetting"

"Bad delivery service more than a month still haven’t received the rest of my table and a chair. My husband gave them a call and they had said it was going to be delivered on Saturday the 9th of December & nothing. I called the customer service number they told me it was going to be delivered on the 12th of December and still nothing. To collect money they’re fast. I was expecting a better service because the quality of the furniture and because it’s a little expensive. UPDATE December 21,2023 I got the marble top but unfortunately it was broken again 5 cracksI called customer service they told me they were going to give me a call but haven’t received a called still missing a chair. UPDATE 01/30/2024 They told me they were going to send the replacement of the table top on the second week of January still haven’t received the replacement HORRIBLE SERVICE DON’T BUY HERE!"
