"This place is horrible i bout a 3 piece leather sofa set and recliner from here and it started peeling the first year and bubbling up. I reached out to the supervisor, margarita in corporate as well as Ronald Rodriguez the top boss and haven’t heard anything back. I tried at least 7 times and can’t get a call back. Save your money and shop somewhere else with better quality furniture."

"My personal experience mind you. Staff was nice, but selection was not. I walked in and saw used furniture all at just shy of retail prices. I guess bc I expected it to all be new furniture, I was not impressed at all and walked out still in the market for new furniture"

"STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Worst nightmare I have ever experience. If I could give a 0 star I would. I just bought a new home and was excited to pick out furniture, they have misleading prices all over the store. PEOPLE AT CHECK OUT said one thing and was sent a bill totally different to what the living room set (tag) said on it. I bought a warranty and was not satisfied with the product tried to return it in within time frame and they said it was done deal nothing they could do, try to talk to management (ALFREDO) to fix situation same thing. Finally I was able to return merchandise and did not get a refund of any of the money I paid up front."
