"I’ve had this review brewing for a month because I was more in shock of what I had expected to receive based on photos and other reviews and what I actually received as the final product. Like most people after their wedding they want a keepsake and we decided to preserve our wedding flowers. We brought our amazing wedding bouquet a day after our wedding and thought wow this company has some incredible flowers to use for a very unique and one of a kind piece. The first thing that should have been a warning sign was an upfront payment in full for three pieces, an acrylic block, tray, and ring holder. We were told that the process takes a couple months and that they would contact us for design reviews and approval. Second warning sign should have been the dead silence on their end. We found out the hard way that all of their emails were sent to my spam folder and they only give you 3 days to respond. They don’t attempt to follow up with you to verify you received their email via phone or text and will just proceed with pouring the acrylic pieces without your blessing or approval. That’s unacceptable. Why do they hold the paying customer to a 3 day timeline when it took them 8+ months to get us our final product? We should have the opportunity to approve every piece, not only because of the price they charge but because they are working with our property. Third warning sign should have been all of the additional fees on top of the expense to preserve your flowers. Redesigns, color enhancers, etc. After looking at the final product, we aren’t even sure that some of the flowers they used were from our actual bouquet. They look vastly different in multiple ways: the color is nothing like our original bouquet. They look dead, wilted, smashed, and eaten by moths. Did they forget to preserve them? My wife is devastated and doesn’t even want to display these pieces in our home. Your final product will look nothing like the examples displayed in their store. Please don't be fooled and take your bouquet elsewhere. They won’t be a treasured keepsake after they get a hold of them."
