"Seemed like the associates were just calling each other to help out in other aisles. just came to purchase a drill and hoped to be in and out in less than 15-20minutes. Stood around and waited after we asked an associate for help and waited and waited… if they lock the tools up they need to have employees available to unlock and take up to the register. Ridiculous… good place to buy over priced lightbulbs and cleaning supplies and plants."

"This is the second time I've ordered for curbside pickup and sat for a half hour after entering my parking space number into the app. Today, I wound up going inside and dragging the loaded cart out to my vehicle myself. Problems have plagued this store for a decade or more that I know of. Shelves are regularly empty with product in boxes at the top. Most of the time, the only way to get someone to get it down is to start dragging the big orange staircase. That seems to catch their attention."

"Honestly I don’t understand how this place is still in business!!!!! My husband and I have visited this location for years. But recently the employees have been getting worst and worst!!!!! If you need help with anything and call for someone forget it. Trust me you’ll be waiting for hours. Might as well just look for it yourself. We waited for more then 40 mn for someone to get us the info for a refrigerator. At the end they told us that the person in charge of that was out. If you’re looking to buy appliances go somewhere else. Fool me once not twice!!!!"
