"You cant go wrong with Lowes. The Home Depot right nextdoor is always crowded and hard to check out. I had a much better experience here. Pretty much the same just cleaner and easier to shop."
"No one works here, or they are too busy talking to co-worker. Won't be buying a dishwasher and range here. As a follow-up, the management is sorry as they try to provide excellent customer service. What I can tell from others who have had similar experiences at this store is that the management talks a good line but does not provide the service."
"This is by far the worst Lowes I've ever come across--I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The staff here gossip about you in front of you, rush you, lie, and are absolutely rude. My Husband and I just bought a home in Copperfield. We went to this Lowes about 2 weeks ago to get paint since they're partnered with Sherwin-Williams. As I was looking through the colors, the girl behind the paint counter tried to rush us to pick a color so she could go on lunch. She wanted to go to a wing place and kept reminding us that she needed to go on break so we needed to hurry and pick a color. I figure I'll just let it slide, she wants a break, that's fine. When we pick the color, she lets us know that if we don't like the color, we can return the paint. I confirm with her that we can put the paint on our walls and exchange it if we don't like the color. She says people will paint a whole room, dislike the color, and come and return it all the time. She even throws in that Lowes is better than Home depot because they allow this. This was A LIE. We bought 2 gallons of paint with a finish we didn't like so we decided to return them. The customer service guy we met at the counter says we can't return one of the gallons because we used too much of the paint (Admittedly we had used more than half the bucket). I told him that the girl told us we could return it even if we'd used it and didn't like it. He said we couldn't because it was too used. I shrugged, didn't fight it and said okay. We returned the unused gallon and went back to the paint counter to get the finish we wanted. As my husband and I are waiting on our paint, the same customer service guy walks up to the counter (I guess he didn't see us standing off to the right) AND STARTS GOSSIPING ABOUT US IN FRONT OF OUR FACES. There was a gang of other customers waiting for paint around us who could hear him and this guy just walks up and starts making fun of us trying to return paint we were told we could return. I was extremely embarrassed and my husband spoke up loudly and let him know we were standing right there. He immediately blushed and tried to play it off with an apology but we just got our paint and left. Today At 4pm I ordered around 200 dollars of paint for pick up because I was still mortified by that incident. about an hour after I ordered, my items were said to be delayed. The site said it might take up to 3 hours to fulfill so i waited. At 7:11 PM I called to ask what was going on because its past 3 hours and my items are still on delay. The gentleman on the phone called fulfillment and they finally started working on the order that I made 3 hours ago. I was prepared to let it go until I actually got to the store. When i came to pick my order up, the customer service guy asked me for the barcode to scan my order. I gave it to him and he turned around and called fulfillment to give me my order. The fulfillment guy came over to drop off the paint and demanded to see my ID. Both I and the person handling my order told him that I already scanned the barcode from my email but he said it didn't matter, I needed to provide my ID. I took a deep breath and pulled my Id out. As im doing that, the fulfillment guy comes from around the counter and puts the paint cans directly behind my feet so as i back away from the counter, I almost trip over the entire cart of paint. I dont know why but that was my last straw. I don't know what about me has made the people who work at this location behave so awful-- I've been polite, I've never argued or said anything disrespectful and yet every time I go, something like this happens. I will never return to this Lowes ever again and I don't recommend anyone else go. Just use Home Depot, they're right next door with WAY better service. This place gave me the worst impression of Copperfield. STAY AWAY."
"They lied to my face: Went to this Lowe's to return a kitchen faucet I had bought online. Did everything online and the app gave me a barcode to do a return "in store" Customer service guy Justin tried to help us out but the systems was giving him problems so he called the manager Aaron. Aaron came, had a horrible attitude after the employee tried to explain to him. What happened. He punched some things into the register.. looks at me and LIES and tells me this was a "special item" and they would need to take a 20% restocking fee.... Which to me came as a surprise. Told him where does it say that and "how would I know this is a special item?".... anywhere I was looking did not say anything about a "20% restocking fee" not on the Lowe's website/app or even the request a return process..... I even went through the whole purchase process to make sure I wasn't going Crazy. I say that's not true and that's fine that I'll go return somewhere else then if he's going to be difficult. Left, went to the Lowe's on 290 and fry. Give the customer service person the item and order #.... Gave me the receipt and I'm out with a full refund. Was in and out less than 2 minutes. And only said "hi need a return, nothing wrong just the gold is different shade" she opened the box noticed it was untouched. And said "thanks goodnight" Nothing about a restocking fee, no issues, no rude responses. If it was because 529 store cannot afford to lose anymore money that's fine .. just say that. But don't lie to your customer and say you have to do something when infact it is not true."
"I really love Lowe’s when I need something more classy than other hardware shops, everything is of a better quality and they have more styles and on top of that, there’s always many items not jut one or two. The staff is a little more professional than normal maybe because it’s not a contractor driven store. One little secret, you can check your tires and filled them with air if they need for free."
