"Terrible customer service. I needed a new valve for the water line to my refrigerator. I took a picture of the valve and headed to the store. At the store, there were several workers behind the counter, but not one person greeted me for several minutes. Finally after about 5 minutes l, one guy looked up at me with a scowl and gave me a nod. I told him what I needed(valve and valve cap) and showed him the picture. He headed to the back, came back with a valve, handed it to me, and then began chatting with other people. I stared at the valve for about a minute, but it didn't look like the right one. I asked him "Is this valve going to fit?" He replied "No". I again showed him the picture, and he said "We don't have that one". So then I said I would just buy the valve cap. Valve cap was $2.25. I didn't have any cash on me, so I handed him my card. He said $5 minimum for a card" in a very gruff voice. So I went to my car and dug around for $2.25 in change. I went back to the store and paid, but the guy didn't want to give a receipt. He said "WHY DO YOU WANT A RECEIPT FOR A $2 PART". I explained to him that I needed it for taxes. He got mad and said he would charge me extra for a receipt. He raised the price to $2.44. Apparently the extra charge was for sales tax that he initially wasn't going to charge. This place really needs better service"
