"Do not use them for anything. They came to my house to repair a cracked floor tile my bathroom. Did not realize the repair man moved my toilet in the process. After he left, we noticed a smell of sewage. A while later we noticed that he did not replace the bolts holding the toilet. In addition, he did not replace the wax seal when he replaced the toilet. And to make maters worse, he siliconed the toilet in place leaving staining on the floor tile. A professional plumber had to be called out to correctly replace the toilet. This, after they actually broke other tiles and the toilet seat in conducting their initial repair. Did not show up when promised and a complete nightmare to deal with."

"I am working with David Weekly to build a house. They have MC Surfaces for their granite. We got a higher priced granite so we were able to look at it in case the variation was off and we didn't like it. Shandy was my sales associate. She talked about how much of an inconvenience it was for her to be there that day. They granite slabs they had out for what we chose looked nothing like the sample from the DW design center so I tried finding something else in the inventory they had. Shandy was reluctant to show me other designs and she said they didn't have any granite in the cream/ivory color range. There were also lots of samples out that she claimed the current slabs don't look like those anymore. So I wasted my time on that. And their indoor design office wasn't open. So I settled with something a darker and I am saddened about the granite. It ruins the look of the kitchen. I'm upset with this company for rushing my decision and not having variety and with DW for misrepresenting the options in granite. Update11/9/2020: First of all that response by the owner is completely useless. Why would I come back here after that? Second, There is a big crack in the granite that we complained about. They had two guys come out to look at it and said they would get back to us. That was 3 months ago. I emailed a lady from the company I had corresponded with before and she said she will tell Nick to get back to me. No one has gotten back to me. That was two weeks ago."

"If your like amateur installations , this is the company for you. Also, Lisa in the office is beyond rude and doesn't know how to properly address people, VERY unprofessional."

I also met Mario in the warehouse who was also really good to meet. Everyone that I worked with was very knowledgeable about the product and transparent in their pricing. In addition they were very timely in their communication, fabrication and installation. It was really good to finally find a place that did the whole deal and is concerned with customer satisfaction."
