"I discovered this showroom on Google after weeks of searching for cabinet pulls and knobs for a specific room in our home. The greeting was not pleasant once I entered the door. I spoke to a man whom I asked if they carried cabinet hardware as we are looking for them for a new build. He asked how I found them and I let him know that I googled their showroom. His response was we’re not even on the right place on Google. He then let me know that they work by appointment only. He did not offer to help me schedule an appointment. I asked if I might take a look briefly at their cabinet hardware. He said “uh , sure. I’ll find someone who can help you.” He then continued to ask where I was getting my other cabinet hardware and plumbing from. I gave him the name and he asked “How was that experience?“ Keep in mind he never moved or called out in an attempt to get anyone to help me even though there was a sales associate in the same room with us sorting through mail. When I told him that my experience was good, he grunted. I asked if I may take a look at their hardware while he gets someone to help me. He responded with another “Uh, sure” but didn’t tell me where they were located. I had to ask someone else who pointed me in the direction. As I walked over, he stopped me and said “I don’t think we have what you’re looking for.” I said, OK, can I take a look at what you have right there? Is that all of your cabinet hardware? He stood firm and said we just don’t have anything coastal while still blocking my path to view any of the other hardware. I was never offered help with scheduling an appointment and nothing else was said to me as I walked out. We are in the process of building an 8,200 square-foot home. And while a lot of my decisions have been made, they had not been finalized. However, one thing is certain, none of my selections will come from them."

Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and their showroom enables you to get a real feel of the finishes you are looking at. This is a great place to find the finishing touches on your custom home and/or designer remodel. They also have the most adorable mascot Abigail who came and hung out with me!"

"Very helpful staff to help you choose everything to do with plumbing fixtures, pieces to hardware for your home. Their showroom is laid out well to visit and view items. Place is not very noticeable from the parking lot as photo shows. They do have several reserved parking places out front which makes it easier to locate."
