"Friendly folks, but misleading/deceptive. It took them 3 days of back and forth calls/texts to give me a price on a window part (balance). When they text back saying they had the price they asked if I needed one or two balances. I said one. They replied, "the factory minimum is 2 per window and that's what we recommend, your total with s&h and tax is 87.44 for 2 each, let me know, THANKS Galen, Dawson's Supply." So what was the point in asking me how many I needed Galen if you were going to FORCE your "recommendation" on me? Very unprofessional way to do business and absolutely unacceptable."
