"As a general contractor and customer, I DO NOT recommend Roca Tile because they sell defective products and their managers are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I recently bought 1632 sqft of the Abbey Vison tile for a client and had to returned it because of many imperfections which the general manager considers "standard imperfections". The tile is so bad that it cannot be install with self-levelers or anything else. Roca Tile do not want to issue a full refund for the tile. This after I lost thousands of dollars when I had to stop the project on the first day of installation. Working with Roca Tile has been nothing but a complete nightmare and disappointment. Please consider other distributors before you purchase anything from Roca Tile."
