"I am very disappointed with the way the management handles the customer service there. I will never do business with them. You call to get the price and you get there to get the item, it is much higher than any irrigation supplier in the area. I suggest you take your business to Texas irrigation or Ewing. This is the second chance I gave to Horizon. The manager "Jonathan" I believe is his name just told me " If you are a customer that spends $ 100 versus a customer that spends $ 10,000, your price is higher for you that just spent $100". Is this where we are coming to as far as doing business with some distributor?"
