The owner has a very dry personality but if you go in knowing what you want and direct he knows you mean business and will tell you straight. You can negotiate but make note of the pricing as he may change it if you don't have it noted. So far I have been pleased each time with the quality and look. Much easier than Lowes or Home Depot since I don't like going through options and getting caught up in the massive detail options. You tell him a budget he will find what will look good and what works."
