"Sign reads power outage until 845. Apparently it's only affecting this store as all others are open around it. There are reviews saying that this store is understaffed all the time. So I'm thinking nobody wanted to work. Floor and decor is one of my favorite places to shop and I'm in the middle of a very large renovation. I picked the store for the convenient location to my renovation project and now I have to drive 25 miles to the next. Maybe this is a one-off, I will check back again and update my review."

"I’ve been going to floor and decor for many many years, been to different locations all around Houston.. west oaks is by far the best one!! From Josellyn the designer, to Mario, Elvira and specially Angelica they go far and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.. exceptional team! I recommend this store to all my coworkers and specially my costumers to purchase the tile here. Mario and his team have come to my job sites, they have brought food, they are constantly telling me and inviting me to different events, even got me cake for my birthday! If I was in the floor selling business I would definitely want them on my team. Floor and decor is very fortunate to have them!!"
