"Do not use! These guys don’t know how to sell their own product. I’ve asked for 800sqft of a Brazilian Teak and they sent out an unfinished wrong cut boards and they’ve missed 180sqft from what I paid. stay away from these guys. First they’re nice and polite and after you pay they become rude and inefficient. Customer service is surely not a priority to their manager in Houston. Beware they’ll steal money little by little. Thank god I always pay with credit card to protect ourselves from vendors like this one. We tried to solve the problem nicely and return the order and this manager was trying to get 25% restocking fee to cover for their mistake and miscalculation. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. See pictures to compare how it should’ve been and what they sent."
