"From what I was told by another mechanic, pro quick over filled my transmission when they changed the fluid (they're suggestion during an oil change), this created too much pressure which ended up making the seal rupture and caused a leak (I didn't have). Shortly after their service, all the transmission fluid leaked out. Caused my transmission to stop working. When informed about what they did and showed them my vehicle when I first developed the problem, they informed me they will take zero responsibility and I'm on my own. They wrecked my truck and told me to take it somewhere and get it fixed. Worst experience ever."
