"And this is why O’Reillys is one of the best auto parts companies. I stopped at a competitor down the street to change the lightbulb. Purchased a light bulb, asked for a sockets to make the quick change, and after three minutes of looking, they couldn’t find one and said “sorry, we don’t have one.“ went down the road to O’Reilly’s, and went, and I couldn’t find it in the box very quickly, she immediately went back into the store and pulled a tool off the shelf for me to use to make the quick change. Great customer service. And thank you Anna!"
