"I took my car in for inspection, and the guy at the counter misread my insurance paper. He talked down to me, telling me my papers were no good, look at the date, what is today's date, comeback with updated insurance. I pointed out to him that the date he was looking at is the effective date, not the expired date, that's why I circled it with a marker, to make it easier to see. I told him there is no reason to speak to me like that, he shouldn't make me feel like a criminal, just take care of my business. He kept mumbling stuff, and I told him, to let it go, just do your job, your not going to apologize, but I forgive you, just do the inspection. He messed up, and I called him on it and he has a chip on his shoulder. Doesn't make sense, the guy is angry"

"Been there a few time's. Asked them if it was my Hub bearings or shock absorbers clanging. They just said I don't know. The man Juan even cursed at me. Wouldn't even look at my vehicle. Very rude. They even broke my visor. ( TWICE ) and was very rude to me about it and wouldn't fix or repair it."

"They installed my starter for me and my radiator and forgot some screws. It was shaking and bouncing when I asked him what the problem was. They try to get me to pay more money in order to fix it. I had to get taken care of by another shop, I will never come back. Nobody likes being nickeled and dime when you didn’t fix the original problem"
