"I've been going there for over 10 years. it looks like it's pretty much a new crew. They're more interested in talking to each other and looking down at their phones. When you come in,they don't acknowledge you. you gotta walk around the store, take care of yourself, and then stand in front of them until they finally look up to acknowledge enough to ring you out. I think I might just stop going there altogether."

"Purchased oil drain plug online and it was easy as I was given the option to pick it. While picking it up in person......that was a different experience. After the initial question "what can I help you with? I realized that customer service needs improving( I will not provide anymore information of areas of improvement here, but will visit the store in the near future and hoping for management to focus on customer service with employees) Also, there were three plastic buckets in front of the counter as water was leaking from the air conditioning ceiling duct and water spilling on the floor and no one noticing the danger it poses. As I said earlier, I will visit store in future and will change the rating if there is progress."

"DON’T GO HERE. Will not give me my money $96 and I have receipt. Will only put credit on a card even though they already have my money. Below I took pictures of the Manager he said it would only knock him down to a 4 star no big deal to him. Also trash and beer cans all over yard."
