"I came here a couple months back I asked for a certain oil and said okay they’ll put it in. Never did. Then had to wait 40 mins for them to fix that. Now I was getting an oil change. Told me it was a one hour wait. Now I’ve been waiting two hours and 30 minutes. Didn’t have the Curtosy to even let me know. I had a appt at a certain time. Now I’m missing my appointment that will result in a 50$ charge. Didn’t offer me a discount /coupon or nothing for their poor work ethics and poor customer service. I’ll be going to take 5. Good prices but not worth the hassle."
"The workers are lazy, and there’s only one person working on the cars. Everyone else is just stealing the company’s time, and the manager, Carlos, doesn’t care about the employees being lazy. Worst place to get my oil change."
"This auto center sucks really bad. I’ve been here since 315p and it’s now 5p. I’ve came here for oil change. It’s no way an oil change takes 2hours to change. The employees are just walking around talking moving like molasses. The worst experience ever. I suggest that no one comes to this location. Horrible as ever!"
