"Went into the store 10/27 around 11:50am. It was two workers and I was the only customer: I asked for a diagnostics test since my engine light was on. Jovan did not want to run my diagnostics test; instead she insisted that she gives me directions on how to do so myself. I respectfully told her I don’t feel comfortable doing her job and that I wasn’t going to do it myself. Jovan stated that she wasn’t going to come outside so I politely left and drove out to Advanced Auto parts on Belt line, where the manager didn’t have a problem with coming out the store to do the test."
