PEOPLE PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MOVE SOMEWHERE, CARS GETTING BROKEN INTO, MOLD IN THE APARTMENTS, AND SEEM LIKE EVERY COMMENT PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT WATER LEAKS AND HIDDEN FEES ALSO. ITS A BIG NO FOR ME!"

"If i could give these people 0 stars i would!! They are so unprofessional! They charge you hidden fees when its time to move out! They are bad at communication! The maintenance men aint worth nothing! They steal from you and go in your home when you are not there even when you didnt set an appointment. The rent office lies about move out fees and charge you extra. Its very ghetto and loud. People break into your cars and steal as well."

"If you are considering moving here SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! These people will charge you hidden fees for any little thing you do/don’t do. The move out process is insane! Please make sure you keep copies of every receipt and email you give them. Please make sure you inform them verbally and in writing before the deadline of your move out or they will charge you next month’s rent even if your lease has ended. They never answer the phone. Maintenance only comes when they know you aren’t home and they lock you out your apartment. I literally had to find somewhere else to sleep and wait until the rent office opened the next day only to be told it was a slide lock I could’ve slid out the way. How would anybody know that? 24 hr maintenance is only a foreign agent putting in a ticket for maintenance. Security doesn’t do their job. My car got damaged twice while staying there and nothing was caught on camera of course. The gate is never closed. Security follows you home which I find insane when they don’t even follow people who don’t live there coming to destroy people cars or fight. The people in the rent office have terrible customer service and are rude. Jessica laughs at every concern you have like something funny. The door in my hallway always randomly slammed. There is poor lighting in the back of the complex where I lived. Also, there is several openings where intruders can walk through and do anything to residents or their property. They went up on rent and it’s not nearly worth it. Residents were always loud and fighting. People were killed here. Many accidents are caused due to that gate right in front of a traffic light which I feel is dumb. There are way too many speed bumps and not enough cameras. Rent office closes way before 5pm like they’re supposed to. They use a company called jetty for cheaper move in as a deposit. They split it up within your lease to seem cheaper. The catch is that you DONT get that back at move out, they are hard to reach, and they do not cover any damages/extra fees Ravenwood may charge at move out. So I basically gave them $696 of my hard earned money for NOTHING! I will never live here again and I’m gonna tell everyone I know not to move here and I’m posting it on Facebook. I feel robbed! I hope it goes viral because I have a lot of followers. This place SUCKS!!!"
