"Everything about this room was bad! Carpets were extremely disgusting & had soooo many stains . See pics below! Mold in the bathroom! Stains on covers & curtains. Blood stains in the floor!!!!"

"My family and I stayed at this hotel as out of town guest to attend my son's graduation. We stayed in this hotel years ago and it was really nice, but things have changed...Smh This hotel is now an extended stay, and that's who they catered to! No small breakfast, no front desk access from the room phones, no room service - NOTHIN. The hotel room beds were made, but the kitchen floor and carpet are filthy. The dishes in the kitchen had to be re- washed before using. The stove and refrigerator worked well. The rooms had ladybugs, a dead "stink bug" in one of the curtains, at night we saw a small roach! If you are an overnight guest just be prepared if you stay here. Have your own soap/body wash - the dispensers they had in the shower area were completely empty. Have your own toilet paper - the toilet paper they provided was thin and cheap you had to use alot of it and we ran out twice. Have bug spray, dish detergent, house shoes, disinfectant wipes, etc. And etc. Otherwise it was quiet except for one the extended stay resident's dog kept barking, the highway traffic and a couple fighting in the parking lot. If staying here just be prepared because you on your own...Smh...Lord. The saying "You pay for what you get" truly applied to this hotel stay."

"I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sonesta! The room was very clean, I loved the fact that I was able to cook breakfast, The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was convenient to downtown Montgomery and my families home. The check in and check out was smooth and I received great service from Charles! I will definitely stay here in the future!"

"I had reservations for this hotel for 3 nights. After checking in, I left all of my belongings in the room and went out to get some food. When I sat down to eat, I heard the door unlock and the person working at the front desk walked into the room. He apologized immediately. I called the front desk and asked for a different room as the dead bolt wasn't working. There was a door latch/flap thing that could be used for privacy but when you open the door with the little bit of opening the bed was in the way. I reported this to the front desk the next morning and the manager was working at that time. I did not get any apology or anything from her. She asked one of her associates who worked last night. But did not apologize rather had an attitude. Room was clean but the experience left me in a shock. The manager did only charge for the night I stayed and refunded for rest of the stay. Stay away! The guy who barged into the room was more apologetic than the manager. It probably was an honest mistake but still unacceptable!"

"The rooms are very clean and nice, and the staff is AMAZING. Never been to a hotel with friendlier or more helpful staff. Angela was amazing and made my check in process extremely easy. She also went out of her way to make sure that I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. 10/10 would recommend!"
