"I do not recommend the barbershop connected to the hair salon located in Wind Creek Montgomery Casino. I received a cut and color. It was a simple, long layered cut with an all-over one color. No bells, no whistles. Even though I had an appointment, I waited an additional 25 minutes to be seen because she had other appointments that had failed to be written down on the schedule for that morning. So, my 10:00 o'clock appointment lasted until nearly 1:30 pm. Cost? $300.00!!! Are You Kidding Me? My hair looks better than average. However, it was nowhere near a $300.00 experience. Please save your money and go somewhere else."

"Rooms are spacious and larger, but there is nothing to do in the casino except for a lot of slot machines. However, the lack of entertainment options is compensated by the exquisite dining experience offered by the hotel's restaurants. "The front desk associate at check in was friendly/pleasant and the process was quick and easy. Our room was located in a great spot just off of the elevator. However I was not kept awake by any elevator noise which was a concern. The room was spacious and nice and clean when we arrived. The games in the casino were also being wiped down/sanitized often. We didn't win anything but enjoyed our stay. One night we had dinner at Lucilles. The chicken wings were fried perfectly but there was nothing other than tater tots to choose as a side. Everything else was not available. Another night, we had dinner at BB Kings. The food was priced well, very flavorful and delicious. We plan to return for some live entertainment."

"We took a quick birthday trip, just the girls and a had a great time! BB Kings great food! Rooms were clean and well appointed and we loved a SMOKE free casino floor. I can’t say enough about the associates, everyone was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back soon! Keep up the great work!"

"We stayed two nights in the first weekend of December for a little getaway. It was a restful stay but for the price we experienced an unusual amount of small issues. The room (a king) was well appointed with good TV channel selection and the normal amenities. After dropping our bags we found dirty bathroom towels in the closet which we just ignored since we didn't use it. The bedding and pillows were not what we had hoped for and so we asked for pillows, twice, which were eventually delivered. The nightstand on my side of the bed was not plugged into the wall so I wasn't sure why my phone wasn't charging. I noticed and fixed this the second day. The service was generally good with a very cordial staff. Before check in I had asked for something to commemorate my wife's birthday (champagne or chocolate or something) but after dropping bags there was nothing in the room, probably an oversight. This may be due to the room not being ready when we arrived. On food, during our stay all the draft beer was out of commission which would have been good to know. We ate at BB King on the first evening, my grilled chicken sandwich arrived with no sauce on it and the fries were crispy but totally without flavor or salt. Location, I gave this four stars as Wind Creek is the only game in the state that I know of and certainly the closes gaming area for where we live. Parking was plentiful and the hotel is just minutes from I-65. Cheers!"
