"Front desk gave a great check in and all the information I needed to navigate the hotel. Breakfast was phenomenal and Executive Chef Carolyn was top notch. My room was very clean- especially the bathroom! Think the hotel was sold out so really appreciate the personal attention!"

"The hotel is right across the street from the convention center. Very convenient. The double rooms are literally double/full beds. Tight squeeze for 2 people in a bed. Our room phone did not work and I had to use my cell phone to call down to housekeeping .... Who didn't answer. I spoke with the front desk to request the pullout couch to be set up and for extra towels. They never came. The lobby restroom had no toilet paper in the 3 stalls that were open and the handicap stall was out of order. The continental breakfast was decent."

"I was a guest at this hotel with a group of 20 others. The location and rooms were great. The service was incredible. Talking with Tay at the front desk was like meeting with an old friend. She gave wonderful advice for food and local spots, recognized us on multiple occasions, and remembered to follow up with us the next day. I've stayed at Embassy Suites in other locations and the experience has always been good; what made this stay in Montgomery exceptional was the service that started as soon as we walked through the doors. I hope to return again soon."

"We arrived at this hotel after a long journey, and because of the high price, were expecting cleanliness at the bare minimum. Not so. Our room had a bathroom that didn’t lock, a TV that didn’t work, the toilet seat was still up from the last user, a huge, loud, air-conditioning vent roared nonstop, and when my daughter and I pulled out her bed in the sofa couch, there were blood stains on the mattress. We called the front desk and asked if we could have a different room. They obliged and gave us room keys to another room that was equally bad, but this one had mysterious trails of cereal spilled outside the door. We ended up opting for the original room, disgusting as it was, and decided to have my daughter sleep on the sofa without making it into a bed. Even if we had wanted to, no sheets were provided — only a ratty blanket, and nothing to cover up the bloodstained mattress. We called and asked for additional blankets, but they have yet to deliver them in spite of two calls. This hotel is disgusting and overpriced, with terrible housekeeping and management. UPDATE 1/9/2024: I see that management has responded to my review below and would like to note that they have not reached out to me privately, and I have not been reimbursed in any way for my experience. I paid full price for my stay and got nothing more than a shrug and "sorry." Do better."
