It's so reassuring to know that they're just a phone call or email away, and they make me feel like my comfort and well-being are their top priorities. The maintenance team - Craig and Jermaine are also spot on! Maintenance and upkeep of the property have been impeccable. "I love it here! The complex is great and the location is convenient if you’re commuting downtown or if you want quick access to the interstate. Christine was able to send me a short video of what the units looked like before I made the move to Montgomery and helped me with everything I needed. She’s awesome and super sweet! She does her best to accommodate tenants in any way she can. I couldn’t recommend a better building!"

"I just moved here from the West Coast, site unseen, and it was the best decision. Christine and Whitney are absolute sweethearts. Christine took care of everything for me remotely and it was the easiest part of my chaos of a move across the country, she made everything seamless and it gave me peace of mind because you can tell she really cares about the residents. They even have an after hours check in process which should be a best practice for all apartment complexes. The apartment is gorgeous, gym is really nice, walkable to downtown and restaurants, beautiful view off the balcony, and I literally can't think of a downside to this place. I read reviews about noise, but it's very quiet here. I cannot thank Christine enough for taking so much off my plate and going above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Plus she's a cat person, and cat people are the best! Move here, you won't regret it!"
