"Too tired to keep driving, my son and I stopped here about 2:00 am thinking I'd booked a room only to discovered I'd booked a room for the next night and they were all full. Curses!! Enter Ms. Lena who told us not to worry, she'd find us a place to stay; she proceeded to call 4-6 other hotels in the area before finding us a room at another Fairfield Inn a little farther along on our route home. She double-checked with me that I was ok to get to the next hotel, then sent us on our way. Absolutely fantastic customer service and just good humanity and kindness shown to us in the middle of the night!!!! Thank you, Ms. Lena!"

"I would highly recommend this location if going to Montgomery Alabama. Close enough to everything, recently renovated, fantastic staff! Tekeyta in house keeping went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Front desk staff and managers also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. "Great, convenient location right off 65. We were passing through on a road trip, and it was perfect for our family. The lady who checked us in was so sweet. Room was big and very clean. It was quiet and we all slept well. Breakfast was decent and included. Definitely recommend!"

"Thank Goodness for this hotel. I checked in late and the front desk was expecting me. My room was clean (Thank God) no signs of bugs. The cushions on the couch didn't fit...but that wasn't a big deal. Bed was ok...but the fact the room was clean made up for everything. The breakfast was cool. I have no complaints....I would definitely stay again."
