"I wouldn't recommend it for the money. The building was very cheaply constructed - the walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear most anything. There is no considerate neighbor policy so people will stomp around at 2am without repercussion. Otherwise, the finishes in the apartments are quite contemporary and the closets are spacious which is very nice. Manager is very kind and prompt."

"Great apartment complex right where you'd want it in Royal Oaks. Plenty of parking in the back, good security measures, beautiful apartments with open layouts and lots of light. They allowed my husband and I to have our 65lbs dog stay as well, which is difficult to find locally. The manager was a delight and very helpful."

"Overall, these are nice apartments and it has been a good experience living here. However, recently my apartment was billed a $187 water bill, 5x the amount of our normal bill. There were no leaks and the meter was accurate for our apartment. The water company informed us that there were two particular days out of the month that caused this bill, but my roommate and I work during the day and did nothing different to cause this high water bill. The building manager was helpful in trying to find a resolution, but nothing was done to help us get a credit for this unbelievably high bill. Upper management of Aragona Properties was uninterested in helping us and did not care that we would have to pay this high water bill. Apparently a credit of $140 was too much to give back to a customer for an apartment complex that charges its' residents $1300+..."
