"I've lived here for almost 8 years. During that time there have been a couple different owners. The current owner has raised the rent about 75% with minimal upgrades to match the increase. Maintenance is laughable, as the other reviews noted. We've had bats in our building the entire time {6mo update: there has been a bat corpse in front of my building for a week, still nothing done}; every management change has been notified, and yet none of them have done anything. Dumpsters are constantly overflowed, the once pet friendly complex has slow rolled an antipet stance. The location is great, but the owners are not. Stay away."
"No leasing office onsite, extremely hard to get them to answer a call or reply to an email. We moved in a week ago, after 5 voice mails and 5 emails we still do not have our mail box key. None of our maintenance request have been addressed either. Extremely disappointed!!! Also only one washer and Dryer in each building with 8 units."
