"Be aware of the insurance company they recommend. After your lease ends, the insurance company will continue to renew your policy and apartment manager will not help you to solve this. This is the 2 nd renewal of my policy for an apartment I don't live in anymore."

"Place has gone down hill the past 3 years, not that it was great before but it was better. Automatically signed us up for “their” renters insurance though I have my own, won’t refund and attempting to cancel is nearly impossible. Rental office never returns calls (left at least 8 in the past 3 years), claimed they needed to enter my apartment 3 times in the past 30 days for “maintenance” (only actually entered one time, didn’t fix anything). Have not forgotten when maintenance entered my apartment while my fiancé was showering home alone. Clearly they have shifted to low income housing to the growing fill empty apartments which doesn’t help the “community” they try and claim. Shady, shotty, and poorly managed is a hallmark of Fairmont Park and Beztek. Edit: I have sent numerous emails and voicemails to the property manager before, all have been un replied. Please provide an email or phone number to someone corporate. Edit 2: Now they will not accept ACH payment from my credit union (though it was fine for YEARS) and force you into opening a credit/banking account with some no name company they surly get kickbacks for. This is not an ethical business practice but not a surprise from Beztak corporate properties. Don’t stay here unless you enjoy jumping through hoops. My shower and toilet is still broken and no one will return my service calls btw. The amount of people moving out vs moving in is a testament and tangible example towards how you should NOT live here."

"No doubt it is an awesome, quiet, peaceful and well maintained property. My only concern and problem was there was an incident of shooting in the community which took place in the next door apt of mine. I understand it has nothing to do with the property people but when the people who live next door don't feel comfortable or are paranoid after the incident they should help them as I was living by myself I was way paranoid. People in office are nice but the main management need to do something when people need help at that time. I wanted to move out and asked for help for buy out. They didn't do anything. I did pay all my dues and everything and then writing this review as I just wanted them to help as humanity purpose. I understand what happened was not there fault. It happened in Feb and I moved out in March. I moved back to india. So its all good. Thank you."

"Apartments are very spacious, greenery all around with special appearances of deer and birds here and there. Love that!! A lovely trail to walk all around the community. The management is great. No complaints. Loving my stay and 100% recommended."

"Worst Place to live at in Farmington Hills. The place looks decent in the outside and has a nice clubhouse etc. but that is about it. The management is the worst, free WiFi? nope, they actually block your device if you try to use it for more than an hour. Wana chill in the club house? they give you the worst look if you are there for more than 20 min. If something goes wrong in your apartment then you will wait forever for someone to address the issue. When you finally done with that place, they WILL stay with part of your deposit no matter what. So I lived there for a year . . . on paper, probably I used that place for about 3-4 months cause I stayed somewhere else. They found all kind of stuff wrong with the appartment and charged me $450. If Im not mistaken they charged me $20 for each drip pan for the stove(Just let that one sink in) and 150 for a mark that was on the tile when I first arrived to the apartment. Not sure if the management is going to debate this one saying that I could have requested a revision of it but they have a sysatem that makes it impossible to do so. At the end of the day they just want to keep some of your money. Attached the pictures of how I left the appartment when I left."
