"This is our third room first one not cleaned or bed maid. Second one flooded all the water from bathtub came out underneath the tub. Gave us another room just to tired to pack up an leave. Stinks of cigarettes very dirty. Stained sheets"

"Marsha on the night staff is really rude, she consistently has an attitude with everyone and thinks it’s funny. I stayed for about a week and she was rolling her eyes and looking at my wife when she asked her for a pen like she was so stupid. I don’t appreciate her attitude! The other lady’s have helped me and my husband tremendously but Marsha really brings that service down. I or my husband will be calling corporate or something about that. The way she conducts herself with customer service is not nice, she should be housekeeping with that attitude. The night before we left ( 12/28 ) cops were there, 7 patrol cars, to deescalate a man throwing stuff off the balcony and destroying other people’s cars. Marsha was laughing as she took videos, not professional."

"The room was not up to my standards. The shower was broken that made a lot of noise. And the bathroom door was also broken. Just trouble wouldn't recommend this room to anyone."

"Needed a room for a few nights as I was working in the area. The room was clean, quaint, and comfortable. Motel is close to dining and shopping as well as access to the freeway. I did come back to the cops being at the motel the one night, I don't know why they were there, nothing seemed off or out of place/ordinary."

"From the get go, this property was in need of Help! I told the clerk I had a reservation, which he found and proceeded to ask me for payment. Something I already paid online. The room was musky and the furnishing dated. Nothing like the crisp modern pics off the website. Come morning and I start to get ready, I get in the shower only to find that there was piping issues and the shower started sounding off this horrendous buzzard noise that wakes everyone and their mothers!! Needless to say, shower cut VERY short and no one else attempted to use it because it was so loud. When I checked out, I showed the clerks the video and they acted like it was no big deal. They took $10 off the room charge. So apparently $10 is the going rate to BUG OFF!"
