"They put a price on everything even when you communicate with them. The rent is reasonable but if your behind on rent and you think you can get over on not paying fees or whatever… think again cause you’ll probably be going to court when your just a few days behind. If you have bad anxiety this is not the place to rent from. This is the first and last time I will rent from an apartment complex and the walls are so thin. You can hear everything. The washer and dryer don’t work in my unit. The closets are falling off and when I told them they said I was supposed to fill out a form when I first moved in to let them know what issues there was in the unit. In all being said I am still grateful for what I have cause I came from nothing to this place but still I am paying my hard earned money you’d think I’d at least live in a place where I feel like they care about me as a tenant."

"Very unhelpful office staff. I am a victim of domestic violence with an ongoing case, and the landlord continues to enable my abuser, and his brother, to stay and not only break the law but violate the terms of the lease agreement. Do not move in here as it's unsafe, and they are only interested in money as opposed to safety and well being of their tenants."

"This is our first place out on our own! My boyfriend and I moved in back in November and it honestly has not been bad despite some other reviews. Our building is quiet most of the time and the few meetings with the neighbors have been nothing but pleasant. The winter was quite peaceful and it was really nice that we nearly NEVER lost power when the whole area seemed to be out for days at a time. Now that its getting warmer, not having central AC is a real struggle, but bearable since we had a floor unit already for our bedroom. One thing is that paint will peel like crazy! My most frequently used cabinets all have scratched up paint just from opening them daily and my nails brushing against them. Not a big deal, but a little unsightly. Also, it would be nice if there was more than one washer and dryer per building being that there are 8 units in my building. Other than that, the maintenance team is pretty much always on top of things! They might be a little late, but so far have always shown up in a decently timely manner. Ive seen Redo in passing many times and he’s efficient and kind."

"The apartments are okay, need some updates! No dishwasher or in Apt washer and dryer, no central air but nice in size. Paid heat and water so less bills to worry about. They cut the heat on close to November so it does get chilly in the apartment. Overall it's not bad for the money, cheaper than most places in this area. No amenities , nothing here to do. No pool, tennis court, playground. Basketball area is in horrible condition so not really a amenity. I have experienced damage to my vehicle since moving here from scratches and my mirror pushed the wrong way so now it will not fold in properly. It's okay. I do like seeing police driving by often. Keeps it safe over here for the most part."

"Looks can definitely be deceiving, at first glance of the inside apartment it looks nice. All the renovations are cheaply done. Things will start falling apart and bubbling up after maybe 4 months. Management will enter your unit without permission whenever they want. You can contact them with an issue and it will take them forever to get to it or they just won’t. The only Pro from this place really is the rent is cheaper than normal, but that’s definitely for a reason. I also would like to add that you can’t be one day late until they are constantly blowing up your phone. The snow is never shoveled and it is a hassle to make it out of the parking lot because if they do plow which is rare, they buried you into your parking spots, I am saying all of this after 3 years of residence. It’s worth paying the extra money to live somewhere better. The roof leaks and I told management about it, a year later and nothing….. The pipes all leak in the units. Be careful about keeping your clothes in the CLOSET, last but not least is the MOLD!"
