"I am living here for more than 4 years. I don’t recommend this apartment to anyone who loves peace of mind. Maintenance is a pain. My refrigerator breaks down very frequently for more than a year. The technician comes, repairs and refrigerator breaks down again within few days. I requested for replacement. The Muirwood’s management never care. They just want the rent on time. Do not come here. No value for money. I am searching for other apartments."

"One of the worst managed property by Beztak if not the worst. Took more than a month to fix my door lock which is a big safety issue. They wouldn’t do it until I reached out to corporate. Exorbitant Rent prices and awful service. Definitely not worth your bucks. Poor management and disappointed to say this but I felt like they don’t care about renters or their problems with the apartments once you sign the lease and move-in. Management never communicated properly before doing any work in my unit. All I ever heard were lame excuses or blame on third party contractors"

"To be completely honest, Muirwood was kind of rocky in the beginning of 2023 when i first moved in, i didn't even have any AC. But there were a lot of renovations during the summer like new windows, doors, paint, etc. Shoutout to the maintenance team for prompt responses all summer long! Ive had doors, garbage disposal etc break on me and it got solved within days. Doing a great job guys keep it up!"

"One of the worst places I ever lived in. They have a creepy maintenance old guy with eyeglasses driving around in a white truck trying to catch if you have your bike parked at your porch, seems it’s unacceptable to the administration to have your bike in your own porch. He will come and almost knock down your apartment’s door until you open it so he can start screaming at you for having your bike out in your rented property. If you don’t open the door he’ll use your phone number to start calling you multiple times until you pick the phone up. The apartment’s are super old and not so well maintained, I was paying around 1500 usd which I would expect to have a good maintenance on the structure if you are paying that much per month. I had a creepy neighbors which didn’t sleep at night and washed their clothes in the middle of the night, until the pipe broke one Saturday’s night, so I had a waterfall through electric bulbs. They didn’t care to go the coming days to try to fix it until mold started growing on the walls. Avoid renting here!!!"

"Worst management and service I have ever seen! Been living here for 2 years now and I haven’t seen the pool closed more days than it’s been opened. Last year they opened the pool only for the last 2 weeks of summer. And this year every time me and my partner try to go for a swim it’s closed due to “shocking” the pool. Or no life guard. U do not need a lifeguard for this size pool. I’ve been to bigger pools in apartments with no lifeguard. I took pictures of the pool when it was closed on a hot sunny day and it’s just plan dirty. Their filters don’t even work when they open the pool. U feel no suction taking dirt out. Also service horrible. They have team members on golf carts driving around and i needed help once and they just drove past us and yelled “I’m on the phone” This picture was taken 7 days AFTER they “shocked” the pool. So they closed the pool to shock it. But clearly they don’t know how to clean a pool properly if your getting algae only 7 days after"
