"They have a real problem with bugs and pests. Management does nothing. They have a contractor but he comes out infrequently and doesn't bait when he's on site and many residents have resorted to bait and spray out of their own pockets. The manager is absolutely USELESS. They can't keep staff and your apartment will not get the attention it needs. Maintenance that does come to your apartment don't have tools to make the necessary repairs. The city has recently sent out notices to all the residents to contact them with concerns we may have. So, the city is aware there are problems with Rose Management, which by the way is worth 3.2 billion dollars. Maybe just maybe Rose should invest in the properties he currently has in his portfolio before buying up other communities. STAY AWAY, IT'S A DUMP PURE AND SIMPLE…."
