Flo-Mar Terraces

"So disappointed with lack of messages, what gives? It takes days to get a response from this place. They said they had something available for my ideal move in during April, and never responded to date availability for a tour appointment. This was over a week ago and just doesn’t feel acceptable. Much bigger complexes have responded within a matter of hours. As interested as we were, we went with somewhere else, who actually picks up the phone and answers emails."

"Called numerous times communication is definitely lacking, and honestly it's coming off as a racist issue! If you tell someone you are going to call them back and don't that's a red flag! Honestly if communication is lacking I can only imagine how their tenants feel! It's a NO moving forward for me you either want the money or you don't!"

"I cannot say enough good things about living at Flo-Mar Terraces. The apartments are clean and well-kept. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and so helpful. In addition to it being very peaceful, the pond and wildlife the apartment backs up to is beautiful on top of it. This has been my favorite apartment complex I have lived in by far."

"I lived here for a year and a half and only left because I was moving to another state. The current management is excellent and they have been trying to make improvements to the property by adding garden beds, bike racks, a gazebo, etc. The location is great too, there are many nearby restaurants and stores. I've never had an issue with the maintenance, they've always got the job done quickly. No problems during move out either. Overall I highly recommend Flo-Mar. Few things worth pointing out. The price is a bit high considering the size, but not unusual for the location. Also, the lease cannot be terminated early, I wish they changed this."

"I lived in Flo Mar Terraces for about three years, and was really impressed with my experience here. This apartment complex exceeded my expectations, in just about every way. The price is very reasonable, and the value for the quality of the apartments and the experience of living at a Flo Mar Community is close to the best in the area. Clean, peaceful community and everything was well maintained. It was great to see the property management and maintenance team really act like they cared about the property and the residents. They did a lot of work to the grounds and to the units while I was living here to improve aesthetics and overall quality. (Painting, landscaping, remodels, parking lot resurfacing etc.). The entire team is professional, helpful and efficient. I never had any issues while living here, and any minor maintenance requests I did have were quickly taken care of. You really can't ask for much more from an apartment complex, especially given their reasonable prices. Again, really impressed with Flo Mar and had a very positive experience here. Would definitely recommend living here!"
