Lindsay has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the maintenance team has been very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient living experience."

"Working with Lindsay in the leasing office has been great. Maintenance has been efficient (Bill took care of a lot of pre move-in issues in one day). Can't beat the location. Quiet area and kind neighbors. Structurally- I can't hear anything between walls but can clearly hear kids running in apartment above me (my biggest critique.) It's not perfect but closer to a 5 than a 4 for me."

"I moved here 3 months ago and I have a peace of mind coming home and being able to rest that I didn't have where I previously lived. I have good neighbors and very respectful people in our building. The place is nice and it is maintained all the time, if you hear noise from the builders it is because they are renovating the apartments and it is understandable. Also, they are always responsive to concerns and are very responsive. The maintenance employees are very respectful. If you deal with Lindsay, you will see that she is a very nice person. I am close to all shops and bus stops, the complex is very well connected."

"I've lived here for a year, had to move out because I needed a bigger place. Overall experience is very positive. I've dealt mostly with Lindsay and she was always easy to deal with and efficient. Maintenance team does a great job. The issues that came up were resolved ASAP. The area is also very nice with all the shopping and parks nearby. It might not be the cheapest place in town but you can tell where the money goes. Highly recommend."

"We signed signed our third lease here. The reason for the 3 stars is the constant construction. While it’s nice they are updating, the contractors work past 5pm and ON WEEKENDS. It’s so loud. We would just like some peace and quiet. The floors are also super loud and creaky. We feel bad for our downstairs neighbor. We like the updated apartment inside and washer dryer. Kitchen is on the small side. Overall it’s okay."
