"Great apartment for the value, you get a lot of amenities. - 1000+ sqft without a balcony - security measures and on site staff - a modest gym but it has the essentials - close to EMU and Ypsilanti downtown - modern appliances and cabinets/doors unlike other places that just paint over old ones in white - friendly and involved management staff Only issues would be parking for guests since it prioritizes residents and distance to highways."

Very kind and helpful staff and management. We requested maintenance twice and they were able to fix our issue in less than 24 hours which is great! As for the apartment itself, it’s spacious and great remodeling! Heating and cooling system is 10/10!
