"Called and scheduled a tour at Harris & Cross apartments for the next week. Went to the apartments at the scheduled time, waited 15 minutes, and no one showed up. Called the listed number three times and no answer. Don't waste your time."

"Whoever works the phone told me I wasn’t qualified to move in without giving any reason in writing whatsoever. First told me my credit was bad, (which is laughable because it’s not), then told me to get proof of rental history like they didn’t check my credit for themselves. After that lame excuse they said I needed a voucher, that’s when I immediately knew there were games being played. I was not applying for section 8 and I never have. Then after that run around they said I needed a co-signer! Whoever works the phone in the front office has an attitude waiting for you. Hell, it’s even worse if you show up to the office in person if you are a person of color. I don’t think they like black people, at least they act like they don’t. If you like attitudes and being treated like management doesn’t want you around, this is the place for you!"

"I have lived in Paschall apartments a little over 3 years now, and I have to say that I am very pleased. From the office staff to the maintenance on the grounds, they are great. Lisa In the office and Gary on maintenance have both went above and beyond to help me in different situations and I absolutely appreciate them very much! Communication is key and they are always willing to listen and help, which is hard to come by with landlords. Winter maintenance of parking lot and sidewalks is incredible compared to other places around us. Overall, I have and will continue to refer other people to live here, its clean, quiet and affordable."

"Management is great! The people in the office get what I need done when I ask them to. I've been living here for about 2 years now and I have no complaints. Although I do pay my rent in time so that might have made my stay more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good prices apartment!"
