"We've lived here for 9 months and have really enjoyed it so far. The maintenance team responds on average within a week. There have been a few times we have had to call the office about maintenance, however that was how our last apartment was like as well. I was worried moving in after reading reviews, however we have not had any major issues so far. It is located in a quiet and safe community close to the freeway and anything you need."

"This place is the worst! It’s been 6 months since I have been staying here and there have been tons of problems already. My dryer was out of order twice, then the stove, then the refrigerator, then the water heater burst, very POOR Heating for which I had to buy a space heater which shot my bills high- in other words, you name a problem and you have it! Definitely not worth the 1400$ they are charging. The apartments are just too old and they don’t fix anything. While the maintenance in my case has been helpful and they have fixed the issues but there is one problem after the other. In addition in winter, they are not equipped to clear the snow at all. The sidewalks are always full of snow. Please don’t come here."

"We lived here for 8 months before we bought a home in the area. There is NOTHING exciting about this company. Lack of response to any maintenance issues. The apartment we were is looked like it was from the 50's...horrible. Snow removal was a joke. They wld "kind of" clear it the day after the storm. There were days we couldn't get to our apartment. They replaced a number of light poles outside and left LIVE WIRES exposed everywhere. I even complained to the county (didn't matter). $1400/month...ahhhh. The quaint "copy & paste" responses they make after these reviews mean NOTHIN! Clearly, ignoring you is their business model. There are 100s & 100s of nasty, noisy geese everywhere. They do NOTHING to abate them. The response..."there is nothing we can do, it's nature!" Right... 12/12/23: As I suspected, their AI response tobmy complaint was the usual "copy & paste" empathy (sorry, kind of sarcastic here). One thing I didn't mention; 4 months after we moved in, the complaints were coming from everyone re: the poor conditions of the property. There response was instead of trying to fix things they wrote up a little one page contract saying "if you live in the apartments that have not been remodeled yet, you are not allowed to complain about the conditions of the propery!" Then they tried to intimidate us with illegal threats of legal action and possible eviction if we didnt sign. Again, this is their way of doing business. I did not sign the contract. Told them to have their lawyer call me. Still waiting on that call. Do not move here. You have been warned!"

"Apartment was clean when we moved in and the amenities are okay. Maintenance is horrible. I placed a ticket 11/4/2022 that still has not been resolved. Someone came to look said they would come back to fix the window but never did. Our A/C went out this summer during the hottest week and it took them 3-4 days before anyone contacted me regarding the issue. It has gotten to the point where now I just try to fix stuff myself before contacting them because it is faster."

"If I could give it a lower rating, I would. My stress level has gone up and quality of life has gone down over the past two years living here. It used to be great, but now it costs me more money on top of the significant rent increases due to lack of upkeep, communication and maintenance. I have had maintenance tickets sit for MONTHS and dangerous ones like broken locks, mold, broken refrigerator, and leaks sit for weeks or still not yet taken care of. It doesn’t matter if I email, call, stop in person, submit a ticket—I usually end up doing them all for each issue—they are non responsive. Or worse yet, tell you what you want to hear and do not fix anything or do anything they say they will. 0/10 do not recommend."
