"TLDR: DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!! As soon as I moved in, it was obvious the apartment had barely been cleaned after the last tenants moved out. I got bedbugs and my cat got fleas within the first week, which continued to be an ongoing problem because management is definitely too cheap to tent the whole building. I'm being charged almost $900 for a one bedroom apartment, which is around $100 higher than what they quoted me before I signed the lease. During an inspection of my apartment the day after I moved in, they found a faulty smoke detector that maintenance never came back to fix. Add to that, the neighbors are loud and they steal your mail. I had a replacement debit card stolen out of my mailbox and $170 of fraudulent charges made before I caught it. Moving here is genuinely one of the worst things that has ever happened to me DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE"

"Management has been friendly and interactive as well as maintenance. Recently an outbreak of mischievous young adults were door knocking in the night hours and management put a huge halt to it. Thank you! The buildings are usually pretty quiet, hallways clean, and property well kept. I'll be here a couple more years! Thanks all!"
