"The room was great, nice and clean. Breakfast was really good too - waffles, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The only downside was that the jets weren't working in the hottub."

"Very nice upscale hotel nice service clean hands and food as well as rooms. Runs are very nice sized and very comfortable. I absolutely love the carpet that was in my room 324! It popped out n I loved it."

"Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, a little disappointed there were no waffles as it was the weekend, but there were decent choices of food. My only complaint was I got in at 7a after driving all night, and attempted to sleep during the day. However, housekeeping was obnoxiously loud. Yelling at each other down the hallway, banging things against the walls in the rooms on the other side of my walls. This kept me up, so I made a phone call. The person I was on the phone with thought there were multiple people staying in my room because of how LOUD the housekeeping was talking. AND I was on the opposite side of the room from the door, facing the window!!! I would have rated higher, but the housekeeping was a MAJOR complaint."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Mattress very nice, not worn out. Hot tub not so good. Although it was a good temp, only 2 of the jets worked. And those 2 only worked at about 50%. Hallways and elevators dirty. Saw the same coffee stain on elevator floor for 2 days. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast had a nice selection, but wasn't monitored to refill food when empty."

"Rooms are very dated, needs a total remake, not just patches. Vents all have dirt on them even in the pool area. Staff is great at fixing their mistakes. The staff is very friendly. I wish breakfast was till 10am. Awesome that check out is at noon!"
