"Was never told about a extra 50 dollar deposit, booked a king size room and giving a queen size befor even checked in and was told to bad. I couldn't get my money back because I already checked in."

"It has dish TV it froze every 5 minutes or so. sheets had stains on them cheap isnt always better not to mention the room had a horrible smell definitely would pass this one up even if you want cheap"

"This place is a joke. The rooms are outdated and nasty. The TV's are older models, satellite service sucked and the Wi-Fi barely worked. They also advertise free breakfast but when I woke up I went to the front desk and asked where the breakfast was at and a lady that claimed to be the owner said they don't offer breakfast. I told her that it's advertised on the website and she said that she knew and told me to go to Dennys across the street. I told her that I would never stay there again and she said that she didn't care. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else besides here. You're better off sleeping in your car. This place deserves a negative star rating."

"First thing, is that when booking this hotel online it says FairBridge Inn Express. But, the sign says The Roadway. So that was a little confusing. Not sure if they're getting purchased out or what. Check in was easy. There is a $30 deposit for the rooms but I expect some type of deposit/incidentals fee at check in. They are 100% not pet friendly. There are many signs in the office stating no pets and the person checking us in said people are always "trying to get a dog passed him" and don't attempt to say you have an emotional support pet, because one of the signs was specifically stating no emotional support pets. There was also a sign that had "Ada animals allowed" crossed out. Idk what that's about there. But I found it odd. The rooms - very old, very bare minimum this is very much so a lay your head here and leave type hotel. There is nothing luxurious about it and they need a lot of work. But it was perfect for what I needed it for and that was to sleep and leave. Check out was interesting. The woman at the desk was extremely rude. Which we met with as much kindness as possible but it was difficult with her off-putting attitude. She also had to go check our room prior to giving our deposit back which she did very quickly but it seemed like us checking out was a huge inconvenience. There's also a list of "rules" the last of which being "No attitude at check out" but apparently didn't include hers."
