"I am going on my third year here at the property and honestly have zero complaints. The neighborhood is always quiet and peaceful, the current management takes great care of the property. Convenient dog park for those with pets. The office staff is always friendly and understanding, the maintenance is always quick and gets the job done every time. I am considering staying here another year based on how smooth these past three have went alone. Greatly appreciative for the staff and all their help!"

"In general, had a good experience with Willow Creek. Maintenance is very responsive and will fit to your schedule if possible to get things fixed. One negative thing is that they do charge a flat (currently $70) water/sewer fee which is higher than most places I’ve lived. Dog park is a good addition but other residents don’t pick up their dog waste, so often will have poop everywhere if your dog has a problem with eating it. FYI. Trails at the back of property are NOT owned by Willow Creek, they are private property contrary to what we were told when we moved in."

"I enjoy living here-the maintenance and property manager are both prompt to get back with me and address and issues. Also very friendly. The property is older and in need of updates but still in good condition. The dog area is super great and I take my dog there daily!"

"Maintenence requests always get attended to within a few days. We have a leaking faucet in our spare bathroom and they haven't been able to fix it.... so we keep having to keep cleaning the residue from the gross BC water every week or so."
