"It was okay. My husband had to fix the toilet right away when we got there. The chain had fallen off, and it was just running. The bathtub had hair in it, and the corner of the bathroom floor was packed with dirt. The bubbles for the hotub didn't work, and neither did the phone in the pool area to call the front desk and ask if there was a trick to make it work. We slept through breakfast, so I don't know how that is. Plus, when we made the reservation online, it said noon was check out. But maybe that was wrong because they were knocking on the door at 11:10 am. and shut the room key off, too. For one of the cheaper hotels in the area, I guess it's okay. I could smell bleach on the towels and bedding, so at least that seemed clean. I still used my own stuff just because a lot of little cleaning details seemed overlooked. The hard floor was nice, and it didn't stink in the room or anything. Just in need of some TLC"

"This facility made us feel like family. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were top notch comfort. Highly recommend them if you are looking for superior comfort and convenient location!!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! My husband and I booked the suite room with a Jacuzzi . We had searched everywhere and this place SEEMED to fit the criteria for what we were looking for . It said there was a pool, hot tub , and the aforementioned Jacuzzi as well. It sounded great .....we check in , and drop off our things, at face value, everything seemed decent . We then notice the out of order sign for the pool and hot tub. Although bummed we were ok since we rented the suite. We went and ran errands, and when we got back we go up to the room to use the Jacuzzi and find there is no hot water....in any of our fixtures. We go to front desk and let them know, where we see a sign that the ENTIRE hotel has no hot water. Now this sucks especially since it's the only reason we came here, but we are tired , so we go back upstairs. We pull back the sheets and find several black hairs on the sheets and a dark stain. We go back to the front desk, catch front desk up to speed, thinking we'd be offered a change of room, or frankly anything to compensate for this atrocious stay we had experienced thus far ...nothing. He say the manager will call , she never did. When contact was finally made , The "MANAGER"( if you could call her that) refused to even give me her last name so I could report the instance to corporate. She stated her name was JENN . She was rude and after me telling her all that, finally we got told our money would be put back on the card but to never expect a refund from their establishment again, I told her it was a good thing we will NEVER stay there again, and she hung up on me. Overall, worst customer service I've ever received from a hotel Do not recommend"
