Glenn Valley Apartments

"The parking at my building is terrible. Now I’m loosing my carport parking because Glenn Valley wants to turn it into storage. This effects my neighbors too."

"I've had nothing but the best experience here! The staff is amazing, super friendly helpful. Maintenance is fast. I have a great wooded view where I get to see nature: deer, raccoons, birds, etc. Rent is fair and I love the new smart home system they installed. No more worrying about keys. Only downside is that the washer and dishwasher are loud - would be nice to get upgraded appliances that are a little more quiet. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbor if they're being loud. My neighbors have been very quiet so I only hear things every now and then but nothing to call or complain about. Other than that I love it here!! Would highly recommend!!"

"We thought the buildings looked a bit run down. The apartment looked nice, the only thing I don't like is Bloom internet. Never heard of it. It had some bad reviews on how slow it is. Also I don't want to change my email address. The leasing agent who showed us the apartment was pleasant. I also felt people were driving to fast thru the complex. Also they have Dish, which raises their prices all the time. It's not a place for us."
