"FORGOT MY BATHING SUIT! The check-in was pleasant enough. The clerk was friendly and accommodating. Im handicap, the handicap room was very clean. The breakfast was a large selection of hot foods. I slept like a baby in a very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back with my bathing suit next time. See yall in july 2024."

"Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but close. The whole place smelled, including the room. The glass surrounding the check-in desk was off-putting. Maybe a remnant from COVID but definitely makes the place look rougher than it probably is. I stayed there 2 nights and the second night woke up with bites on my arm and hand. The manager said pest control assured him it wasn't bed bugs, but it was some biting insect. He didn't want to refund my stay, and was kind of rude about it. I'd definitely recommend staying a different hotel if you're going to Battle Creek."

"Would give zero stars if I could, when I went through and read the reviews I saw mostly positive and decided to chance it and I regret that decision. The room was dirty, there were roaches in my room as well as throughout the building. The smell of Marijuana has stained the entire building but if you're like me you won't be able to smell it because the vents are so dirty that my sinuses were clogged almost immediately. Breakfast, which I paid for with my room and was not included in the room cost was sub par to begin with but when there were no waffles, sausage or eggs I was told by an employee there was nothing they could do about it so I had the option of cereal or an oatmeal packet and watered down orange juice. Price point for the rooms does not match what you get even when booking third party for a cheaper price. Do not spend your time or money in this crack shack"

"Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The newly renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise - modern and clean. The highlight for us was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs. They were always friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's pool area was a real hit with our family. It was well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape. We would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."

"Very nice place I think. Didn't arrive until 10 pm, very nice staff, including the manager, very nice guy. My room was clean, very comfortable and clean bed. Now the curtains were a slight issue as very sheer when you are trying to dress, that is really my only minor complaint. Went to the hot tub for a dip. Had it to myself and was very pleasant. Clean water and didn't smell very chlorinated at all. Breakfast was good, got some hot breakfast and coffee. Was an overall great experience and am looking forward to continued business in this establishment...... now I have to update this as I stayed another night and already booked it and when I went to renew my room keys I was charged full price for the room I already paid for and when I told them they double charged me they said they canceled that transaction but I never received my almost 90 dollars back. I have to go to battle creek every month, so I may restore the stars if they make it right in December. I hope they do as I enjoyed the hotel very much and would like to come here every month I have to be in the area."
